The One Night I Don't Have My Camera....

Tim gets a Hole In One!!! Can you believe it???? I never thought I'd see it. I mean, I golf with some pretty good people. I just never thought I'd see it. For real! He got a hole in one. I was so happy for him I almost called MY parents to tell them what he did! I think he was in shock for real. But it was great, and I'm so happy for Tim! Yay!

This past week was ok, nothing really new or crazy to talk about.

Did I tell you Tim hit hole in one tonight???

Did I also tell you that I love my new apartment? Well, I do. Just in case you didn't know...I have an exposed brick wall in my living room and it's just fabulous. Work has been busy, I went home a couple times last week (to Nashua), but I just love being here! I finally stopped driving to the old place by accident! But then last week I went for a fabulous run! I thought my run a couple nights before was great all the way to the Public Gardens and back around. PS- Tim hit a homerun tonight. But then I got up early one morning and ran to Fenway Park! I ran down Landsdowne Street, waved to the Ted Williams statue (that I famously hung out with one Summer night a few years back, right Kelli?) and then headed down Yawkey Way and back home. I'm so happy to be living so close to such a cool place. Then I got home, decided to stretch out outside...and as my leg was up on the railing, I looked up and noticed I was at the wrong door! Whoops!

Tim got a hole in one tonight!

This past Monday my friend Julie had a cookout at her new house. I decided to go for another great run before heading out to Hudson. It was a beautiful day and I thought I could go forever...until I noticed I missed my turn on the way back and had to go a little further! HAHA Oh, I love getting acquainted to new places by foot. I think it takes me a little longer to get adjusted than others, but I'm okay with that.

I brought a pasta salad to their house for the cookout and I added some veggies from my parent's garden. Dad, they all loved the onion, cucumber, and tomatoes I added to the pasta with spinach, black beans, and parmesan cheese! I (I mean they) would love some more! I did forget my battery-operated marshmallow toaster, damn! But everyone knows about it and there will be another bonfire before the season ends!

Oh My Goodness! Tim got a hole in one tonight!!! And no, we were NOT playing mini-golf! I was so happy for him.

We hit up one of my accounts around the corner from my new place to celebrate afterwards. We were treated to some artichokes with truffle oil and cheese...then our ordered foods came with a nice visit from the chef. I told him about Tim's hole in one...did I tell you??? :-)

Ok, I've got to get some rest. I have someone here from New York the next two days. Our focus is pork, shrimp, and turkey. Should be good...plus it's football season!!! He was so happy when I offered to go to a sports bar for dinner tomorrow instead of one of our accounts. Speaking of sports, I saw a hole in one tonight for real!!!

So go Uncle Tom! Wish me luck with Pork! And oh crap, I haven't touched a volleyball in months and the season starts next week. Until then...

Chow!
