The Pictures!

Technically, I'm a Spice Girl! This was our booth of spices...with everything from different colored peppercorns, pimiente d'espellette (which I sell a lot of), Szechuan peppercorns, fennel pollen, lavender, herbs de provence, and a bunch of our salts which you don't even want me to get into!



This is the guy from Italy that sends us prosciutto, bresaola, porchetta (my favorite!), mortadella, and our new carpaccio. Yup, I now sell raw beef slices...one more thing for me to learn about!!!

The New York Pizza Competition goes on during the show and I happened to snap some pictures the first day of a few guys who know how to work their dough!


This kid was only about 10 or 12 years old!
