The Calm Before the Storm...

Our refrigerator is empty. But not for long....it's almost Thanksgiving and we're hosting! We're so excited! I've cooked a few birds in my day but never on the BIG DAY itself! We're planning the menu now, and even though I eat frozen peas now (a lot actually) those aren't on the menu. Sorry folks.

But I'm not really giving any more hints out. We've been getting a lot of compliments about our Friendsgiving from last year lately so I'm confident in another successful meal (knock on wood)! I've even been getting requests for my stuffing recipe that people want to use this year!

Speaking of successful meals and birds - this one was a huge hit, but I won't put another bikini tan on this year's bird. I think this year's is a boy anyway because he's so big.
